As you all are probably tired of hearing about it the Gosforth Beer Festival is running from Thursday 6th November 4pm - 11pm, Friday 7th 12noon - 11pm & Saturday 7th 12noon - the bitter end (or the end of the bitter)
Your valuable assistance is cordially (beerially) requested to help out not only for short times on the bar but more importantly to person the CAMRA stall to give information on the organisation and our CAMpaigning issues (full measures, pub closures, local transport, etc.) throughout the whole of the Festival.
Hot & cold food (and festival temperature beer) will be available at the Festival but unfortunately will have to be paid for as no freebies have been arranged for staff, so it will be a labour of love, but any time you can lend to the cause, recruitment and general socialising will be much appreciated by the Branch and Festival co-ordinators.
Come along and support the cause of ale-consumption in the region and support our local breweries who are supplying the event. Cheers & Thanks.
