Anyone know what is happening there? Is it a house, is it a pub, no, it's ?

The owners have just started their 5th foray into the planning process to get change of use from pub to residential.

According to the local paper the owner has lost his appeal against Tynedale Council and been given 3 months to change the ground floor back to its previous state. There is no compunction on him to reopen the pub.

From the local paper again; The owner of the Allendale Brewing Company has submitted an application to the Tynedale Licensing Authority to reopen the pub. If the application is successful it is hoped to complete the purchase of the pub by late March.
