Hope the grammer and spelling are a bit better this time!!
Another metod we use is to pass on the grains and hops onto local allotment holders who use them for compost.
Again this is not an approved method of dissposal as the grains may seep back into the ground be absorbed by the veg and re-enter the food chain, bare in mind that the grains came from the ground in the first place and have really gone around in a full circle, the same applies to the hops, they have become evil flowers of death,Again the gardeners can not collect them as they are not an approved waste disposal opperator but as the brewer produced the waste he can transport them to the gardener who can not use them for compost.
As for giving them to a farmer for animal food, big no no as the grains could again possibly re-enter the food chain unless the farmer has a licence etc etc.
