| It has been extremely hectic in recent weeks both in the brewery and the visitor centre. We have welcomed visitors from across Europe including the Czech Republic, Hungary, France and Germany all of whom were very impressed with the experience. On the Brewery Front:
Our winter ale Black Moss has now been replaced by our summer ale Sundancer which is proving very popular and selling fast.
High House Farm has been asked to brew a beer for the 125th anniversary of the diocese of Newcastle which will be bottled for early July.
The Nettle Beer will be brewed next week and will be available to the public at the end of May.
The brewery is still planning on brewing a new beer for Steve and Sally's new daughter Lily's christening in September, but this has somewhat been put on the backburner until the above has been completed. An update on the style of beer that the brewery is planning will be posted when known.
Everyone at the brewery is very pleased with the Silver medal at the Newcastle Festival, subsequently Cyril the Magnificent has been hot property and the brewery is planning another brew later in the year.
Overall our beer sales are increasing week by week and business is good. |
