Gents,

Some of you will already have seen this so I'm sorry for bothering you again.

However I am very concerned about this pub:

I have heard that Batemans have sold it and it has ben refitted and opened-out so that it can no longer be listed on the CAMRA North East Regional Inventory of historic pub interiors and that if this was not bad enough I'm also told that it no longer sells real ale.

So I would be grateful if can any readers can confirm or deny this?
