What on earth has happened to it?

I went last summer after an absence while working abroad and didn't recognise the place. No locals, no fishermen, no one behind the bar knew what i was talking about.
Appaarently it's owned by the Duke Of Northumberland, good name for a pub! and he's done the people of Boulmer a favour by modernising their local.
