cheers The story so far;
No let up in brewing,
still brewing twice per week,
new batch of extra casks arrived,
New member of staff to assist with the brewing has started hopefully to increase the output (Robin from the centurian bar)
28 x 9 gallon casks sold during half term week,
New beer "Olivers Birthday Beer" launched 03/03/2009
New stout to be brewed 13/03/2009,
Starting to build up stocks to try and cope with the anticipated demand in the run up to summer,
Part of the conditions imposed upon us by the National trust is that the beer must stay within the village still applies so you won't be seeing any beer anyware else unfortunatly, even if we could spare any.
cheers
