busy busy busy! flat out brewing to full capacity, just managing to hold our own,we are doing on average 25 x 9 gallon per week, easter weekend from Friday till Monday was 29 x 9gallons last Monday afternoon 4 x 9gallons.
Lots of good prees from the big boys, reviews in the Times,The Observer,The Guardian, and in last weekends Saturday Guardian we were voted the best pub and micro brewery, beers described as "Stunning"not bad for up and running in just over a year.
As well as being nationally acclaimed on T.V we have now gone international with Oz and James now being shown on aeorplane flights.
Sea Dog stout all gone fantastic feedback,Olivers Birthday beer to be renamed as " Indian Summer" after the very first Font Vally Beer, anyone remember that one?
A local brewer from over the" watta "spent a day with our local brewer to see how we do things at our end.
New beer planned for our 100th brew, find out more at :www.blowyourowntrumpet.com
Beers to date eight.
