You can add to your list the following:

Wylam Terminator 5.9%
Wold Tup Wold Gold 4.8%

When we left at about six o'clock on Saturday two beers hadn't been on, waiting for stillage space. These were Purple Moose Madog's Ale and Brazen's Dirty Old Town.

Apparently the pump clip for Dirty Old Town has the words for the first couple of verses written on it (very small)
